In the heart of Dubai, surrounded by sand dunes and rocky mountains, a luxury hotel was searching for outdoor furniture that would complement—not compete with—its breathtaking natural surroundings. CG Outdoor Furniture delivered exactly that.
For this project, we curated a four-piece woven lounge set—composed of two single armchairs, a two-seater sofa, and a low-profile coffee table, all finished in rich, earthy tones. Paired with a clean white outdoor umbrella, the result was a seating area that felt both calm and commanding.
Minimalism with Depth: The Power of Subtlety
Dubai’s dramatic desert landscape already tells a powerful visual story. Our goal was to enhance the environment, not overwhelm it. So we chose a neutral rattan weave in sandy taupe and warm clay hues—colors inspired by the nearby mountains and dry riverbeds.
This earthy palette worked beautifully with the hotel’s architecture, which featured beige limestone walls, open terraces, and natural stone accents. Against that backdrop, the furniture looked like it had always belonged there.
The addition of a white canopy umbrella introduced a sense of purity and contrast. It offered functional shade while visually lifting the scene—adding brightness without distraction.
