Warranty Conditions
To ensure your warranty remains valid, please note the following conditions:
1. The furniture must be used under normal residential conditions.
2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
3. Regular care and maintenance must be carried out according to our Care & Maintenance Guidelines, which are available on our website or upon request.
4. Weathering, fading, or natural changes in wood grain and surface texture over time are not considered defects but part of the natural aging process of outdoor materials.
