1) What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For a 20-foot GP container, you can select up to 3 models.
For a 40-foot HQ container, you can select up to 5 models.
2) Do you accept sample orders?
Yes, we do! Sample orders are available, with a price that is 10-15% higher than the standard quotation. However, if you proceed with a bulk order, this additional cost is refundable. The sample production time is approximately 30 days.
3) Can I customize my products?
Absolutely! We can adjust dimensions based on your requirements and offer customization for rattan and fabric colors from our available swatches. Our experienced R&D team is also here to help develop new designs tailored to your vision.
4) What is your lead time?
Our standard production time is 30-45 days, depending on the product design and the order placement date.
5) What are your payment terms?
For orders above USD 5,000, we require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
For orders below USD 5,000, full payment is required before production.
